Our Comprehensive Wellness Program consists of 5 major components:

01. The Executive Wellness Assessment

This 3 hour assessment includes the following components:

• bloodwork
• ultrasound
• electrocardiogram
• pulmonary function test
• detailed review of past health, family history, lifestyle and other potential risk factors
• complete physical examination by physician
• evaluation of need for outside testing, such as x-rays, CT or MRI
• nutritional assessment
• stress management assessment
• fitness evaluation

Some testing is done one week prior to your Assessment date, so that you’ll receive all of your medical testing results on the day of your Assessment.

Any medically necessary tests, such as bone density testing, mammography, x-rays, CT, or MRI are covered under OHIP.  There are no additional program charges for these tests. Any appointments made with Ontario specialists for further testing or evaluation are also covered under OHIP

02. The Wellness Assessment Report

This is a summary of all of the results from your Assessment.  It also includes your Health Action Plan, which outlines the measures needed over the next year to optimize your health.

03. The Comprehensive Care Program

Any issues identified at your Assessment requiring ongoing follow-up will be addressed in an ongoing manner with the physician.  There is no additional charge for these visits.  All medically necessary services will be billed to OHIP.

04. The Rapid Response Program

Appointment times are held each day for our executive clients.  Generally we’re able to accommodate clients for acute illnesses or injuries within 24 hours.

05. The Virtual Doctor Program

Our MD is available to you via telephone and email, during normal business hours.  After hours messages will be returned within 24 hours, whenever possible.  This program is ideal for following up on simple lab tests, or for questions of a general nature.  Specific questions regarding a client’s illness may require a visit with the doctor.
